However, according to detectives, Kiselenko did not delve into the essence of what happened and brought Kiyashko only for assault (Article 116 of the Criminal Code), while he was obliged to initiate a criminal case for at least attempted robbery (Articles 30 and 161 of the Criminal Code). In this case, the case would have been handed over to police investigators, and given the “rich” past of Kiyashko, who served a total of 17 years for murder, robbery and robbery, the court would certainly have authorized his arrest.
