The first line is meant to cleanse your soul, heart, mind and body. This is a soul mantra for healing all your diseases, because... love melts away any blockages and transforms your entire life.
The second line is meant to offer service to humanity. The Almighty will grant you virtue for your service. This virtue will pay off your spiritual debt. The lessons of blocking and adversity will be removed. This mantra soul will bring a wave of spiritual healing to humanity. Although this may take several years.
The third line is the Divine Invocation. To call means to serve. This call will create virtue, which will purify your karma.
The fourth and fifth lines express the purpose of our ministry: to create love, peace and harmony for humanity, Mother Earth, and all universes.

Then sing: " Love, Peace and Harmony" a few minutes. The longer, the better.

Universal love means offering love to every human being and every soul in the Universe. It's very easy to love the person you like. It's hard to love someone you don't like. Loving your enemies is even more difficult. The teaching is that you must love everyone. Love has incredible power to heal, rejuvenate and transform lives.

Then focus on that person's back and chant to yourself:

The relationship between soul, mind and body.
... Your soul has the experience of many lives, but your mind only has the experience of the current one. Your soul knows much more than your mind. If you have disharmony between soul, mind and body, you will experience poor health, unbalanced emotions, unpleasant relationships and financial difficulties. How to harmonize them?
Sit down and try to completely relax. Silently communicate with your soul, mind and body:

My dear soul, mind and body! I love you. Things could have gone wrong between you

correct ratio. You have the ability to lead each other to

equilibrium. Work well. Thank you!

Then quietly and repeatedly, for at least 3-5 minutes, repeat:
I love my soul, mind and body. I bring balance and harmony to my soul, mind and body.
At the end of practice always say:
Hao! Hao! Hao! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

"Hao" means perfect, wonderful, balance, harmonize, get well.
The first “thank you” is to the Almighty, the second is to all spiritual entities, the third is to your soul, mind and body.
This technique is effective because you create love and share it with your soul, mind and body.

Love melts away all blockages and transforms your life.

Healing through forgiveness:
Sincere forgiveness is the key to clearing karma. The two aspects of this secret knowledge are your forgiveness of others and obtaining forgiveness for yourself. Let's start by asking for forgiveness for you.
Sit in the lotus or half-lotus position, or simply “Turkish”. You can sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor without crossing your legs. Raise the tip of the tongue to the sky, but do not touch. Slightly contract the muscles of the anus. Close eyes.
Sincerely and humbly ask others to forgive you. Visualize the souls of those you have offended, consciously or not. Invite them to take their place in your belly. Tell:

"Dear soul, mind and body of every being in the Universe who I have ever harmed or offended in this or past life, could you come down into my stomach? I love you. I sincerely ask you to forgive me for all my mistakes in all my lives. Please forgive me. I repent."

Ask Divine Light come down into your belly and bless the forgiveness that all these souls give you. To receive a blessing, repeat: "Divine light. Divine light... Universal light. Universal light...."
Ask the light to bless you and all those you have harmed. Repeat for at least one minute. Then thank the light and all souls for their blessing and love. Then send them back respectfully, saying:

If someone doesn’t forgive you right away, then you need to ask for forgiveness again and again.

The second thing we must do to cleanse karma is to forgive others, those who owe you or have offended you.
Visualize all the souls that need your forgiveness, call them into your belly:
"Dear soul, mind and body of everyone who has ever harmed me or gotten the better of me, can you come down into my belly? I love you. I forgive you completely. You owe me nothing."
Then forgive all souls who have harmed you. Completely and without any conditions. This is vital for purifying karma. At the same time, ask God for blessing:
"Divine Light" and "Universal Light".
Repeat as long as possible, at least one minute.
Then thank the light and all souls for their blessing and love. Then send them back respectfully, saying:
"Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Gong sun. Gong sun. Gong sun."
(Gong sun - sincerely devoted to you.)
By selflessly forgiving others, you should not think that you are losing something or becoming better than them.
If you have performed service that has benefited people or society as a whole, you may not receive material goods or property, but you will acquire boundless spiritual grace. For example, you will recover from incurable disease, relationships will improve, things will go smoothly...
And I also have this opinion: that we should not only forgive them, but also ask for forgiveness for provoking them to do bad things with our internal blocks. Like attracts like. If we had no bad thoughts, others would not be able to harm us. This means that we ourselves are to blame for what happens to us...

Every day we eat, drink, sleep. These are our essential needs. But above all there should be daily practice spiritual cleansing. It doesn’t matter what religion or denomination it belongs to. I enjoyed Zhi Gan Sha's soul mind body therapy practice. It includes 4 daily practices. Today I will talk about "Awakening".
Before getting out of bed, say: “Good morning, (the name of the Supreme Deity in your religion, you can simply “the Supreme” or “God”), thank you so much for your grace. Dear soul, mind and body, San-San-Jiu-Liu -Ba-Yao-Wu (this is 3396815 in Chinese), golden healing ball Sha, I love you. Can you bless and speed up the flow of energy and blood in my body? Help me remove all energy blocks from my body, boost my immunity and bless every event. this day. Thank you. Thank you."
Then repeat for 1 minute: San-San-Jiu-Liu-Ba-Yao-Wu and the golden healing ball Sha. At the same time, visualize how a golden healing ball of Sha will float from the Universe into your body. Rotating, it passes from head to toe, cleansing everything in its path.
Finish: "Thank you thank you thank you."

This is the second daily practice.
Body strength. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold your right hand, palm up, 7 cm above the navel, and your left hand 7 cm below the navel. But if you have hypertension, glaucoma, or a brain tumor, then your hands should be facing down.
Soul power. Healing greeting: "Dear soul, mind and body of every system of my body, every organ, every cell, every chain of DNA and RNA, can you increase your energy, vitality and immunity? You have the power to do this. Do a good deed. Thank you . Dear soul, mind and body Wen-A-Hong, can you give me the grace to stimulate the cellular vibrations throughout the body? This is happiness and honor for me. Thank you.
The power of sound. Take a deep breath. On one exhale chant: " Wen-A-Hung." Inhale again and repeat.
The power of the mind. Visualize a bright red light in your head when you chant "Ven", a bright white light in your chest when you chant "A", a bright blue light in your belly when you chant " Hun." Do this exercise for 10 minutes. You can do this at any time, but it is better in the morning. If possible, go outside and turn towards the Sun.

Universal Meditation
This is the third daily practice that Zhi Gan Sha recommends.
Sit comfortably, straighten your back, without leaning against the back of the chair. Put down the brush right hand on your left palm, palms up, and bring your thumbs together, but do not touch them. This hand position is called "Connecting with the Universe."
Visualize what you want in your lower abdomen. For example: An ocean in which a fish swims and a ship on the surface; mountains covered with forest; houses, planets and galaxies... Place everything that comes to mind. May these images bring you love and blessings. Give them your love and care at the same time. You serve them, they serve you. When most of the people on our Mother Earth follow this practice, world peace and universal harmony will come much faster.
Do this exercise for at least 10 minutes.

Fourth Daily Practice
Zhi Gan Sha recommends doing this before bed. But when I do it, then I can’t fall asleep for a long time from an excess of energy, so I do it in the morning.
In bed, lie on your back. Put left hand palm on the stomach below the navel, and the right palm above the navel. This hand position is called "Laying the Foundation". Mantra of Guan Yin, the goddess of mercy.
Soul power. Healing greeting: "Dear soul, mind and body Wen-Ma-Ni-Ba-Ma-Hun, please give me the grace to good health, peace and enlightenment of my soul. Thank you, thank you. Thank you.
Repeat for one minute " Wen-Ma-Ni-Ba-Ma-Hun." At the same time, visualize Ling-Hui-Sheng-Shi (the name given by the Almighty Guan Yin), who smiles and blesses you, and you yourself are filled with golden light, health, joy and peace.

Then repeat "Golden Healing Ball of Sha" And "San-San-Jiu-Liu-Ba-Yao-Wu" at least 5 minutes.

Spiritual enlightenment involves raising the soul to the level of a saint. The first step on the spiritual journey is to achieve enlightenment of the soul.

A person has two lives: physical and spiritual. Physical life is limited. Spiritual life is eternal. The purpose of physical life is to serve spiritual life. The goal of spiritual life is to achieve spiritual enlightenment. Achieving spiritual enlightenment means elevating the soul to the level of a saint. To be a saint is to become a diligent servant.

Saints of the highest level will reach the realm of the divine. When the soul reaches the divine realm, it achieves a very high level of enlightenment.

The next step on the spiritual journey is to achieve enlightenment of the mind.

Enlightenment of the mind involves the transformation of consciousness to the level of the consciousness of a saint. Saints occupy different positions in the multi-level hierarchy of Heaven. The consciousness of high-level saints can reach the highest reality - completely transform into divine consciousness. The attainment of divine consciousness is beyond comprehension.

The third step on the spiritual journey is achieving body enlightenment.

Enlightening the body involves transforming the physical body into a spotlessly pure body. Achieving a spotlessly clean body means achieving immortality.

Let me explain what the essence of immortality is.

Ren Fa Di, Di Fa Tian, Tian Fa Tao, Tao Fa Zi Ran.

These four sacred phrases gradually reveal the process of enlightenment of the body, which is the path to achieving immortality.

Ren Fa Di."Ren" means Human. "Fa" - adherence to principles and laws."Di" - Earth. "Ren Fa Di" (pronounced ren fa di) is translated as “a person must follow the principles and laws of the Earth”. The law of gravity can serve as one of the clearest examples of this.

How many years has the Earth existed? No one knows. IN currently I am in interaction with the Source and ask: “How long has the Earth existed?” The answer is:

The earth has existed for billions of years or more.

The answer was received through the communication of my soul with the Primary Source. This Primary Source created the Earth. To date, the oldest minerals on Earth have been discovered in Western Australia. Analysis showed that they are at least 4.4 billion years old.

More in the future Scientific research will be able to reveal even more ancient things on Earth.

Following the principles and laws of the Earth reveals to us the secret of extending human life. We need to transform the matter, energy and spirit of man into the matter, energy and spirit of the Earth. On this occasion, in ancient teachings there is such a sacred phrase:

Xi shou tian di jing hua."Xi shou" means absorb. "Tian" Heaven. "Di" - Earth. "Jing hua" essence. By essence is meant matter, energy, the spirit of Heaven and Earth. "Xi shou tian di jing hua" (pronounced si shou tian di jing hua) is translated as “to absorb the essence of Earth and Heaven.”
